Package transportation

Merchandise is generally dispatched in 48 hours after payment is received. The standard delivery method is via tracked Collisimo (a parcel service offered by the French postal service, La Poste), and deliveries must be signed for. Whatever mode of delivery is selected, we will provide you a link which will allow you to track the delivery of your package.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage rates, which can comprise a fixed amount and a variable amount depending on the price and the weight of your order. We advise customers to combine purchases into one order. We cannot combine two separate orders and postage costs for each order will have to be paid separately. Your package is shipped at your own risk, extra care will be taken with packages containing fragile items, the packages may be oversized with extra protective packaging.

Free delivery (excluding Chronopost) is offered

• within France and the European Union (E.U.), without minimum order amounts, even during private sales and promotions.

• Via free tracked Colissimo service: shipping date + 5 working days (click here to track your Collisimo package)
• Via paid Chronopost (click here to track your Chronopost package)
• Delivery within 5 to 7 working days for E.U. residents.
